2 c. dried beans
1/2 lb. salt pork, diced
3 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. molasses
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 medium onion, diced or whole
2 tblsp. ketchup
water
Soak the beans overnight, then drain them.
Sear the salt pork in a pressure cooker, then add the beans,
sugar, molasses, salt, mustard, onion, ketchup, and enough water
to cover the beans.
Cover the pot and cook for 40 minutes.
(Oddly, this recipes is titled "baked beans," though they're not
baked!)
