3/4 c. smooth peanut butter
1 1/4 c unsweetened coconut milk
3 tblsp. fish sauce
3 tblsp. minced ginger
3 tblsp. light brown sugar
1 tblsp. light soy sauce
1 tsp. crushed red pepper.
Process all the ingredients in a blender!
