1 chicken, cut into pieces
1 c. white wine
1 onion, diced
thyme
salt & pepper
marjoram
optional: garlic & bay leaf
Brown the chicken (with lots of thyme and pepper), then transfer
it to a baking dish.
Brown the onion (and garlic) in the pan, and add it and the rest
of the ingredients to the baking dish. Bake the whole things until
done (about an hour).
(If you want, the wine can be cut 50% with chicken stock.)
