1 1/2 oz. Jamaican rum
3/4 oz. Campari
1 oz pineapple juice (preferably fresh)
1/2 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
Pineapple wedge and/or front for garnish
Add all the ingredients plus ice to a cocktail shaker, then shake
the cocktail** vigorously for 7 seconds.
Strain it into a rocks glace, over ice, garnish, and serve.
