2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter (melted, but not hot)
3/4 c. sugar
3.4 c. packed brown sugar
12 oz. chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 c. coconut flakes
1 tblsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Mix the white sugar, brown sugar, and butter. While stirring,
gradually add the eggs and vanilla.
In a different bowl, mix the flour, salt, and baking soda. Stir
well.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet. Mix in the chocolate
chips and coconut. Drop onto an un-greased baking pan and (Secret
Ingredient!) add a tiny pinch of salt to the top of each cookie.
Bake for about 10 minutes...until perfect.
