1 12-oz. box of medium egg noodles
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar (or less), with a dash of cinnamon
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
1 diced apple
1/2 c. drained pineapple (use juice, above)
Cook the noodles, and drain them.
Add everything else!
Bake the pudding in a greased, flat casserole at 350 degrees about 1 hour. Keep covered for a short while, then remove the cover for the last 20-30 minutes until the pudding is brown.
