2 tblsp. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 lbs. ground beef (or turkey)
1 3-oz. can chopped green chilies
1 28-oz. can crushed tomatoes
2 6-oz. cans tomato paste/sauce (or 1 each)
2 15-oz. cans kidney beans (drained
2-4 tblsp. chili powder
2 tsp. Worcester sauce
1 tsp. cumin
salt & pepper

Saute the onion and garlic in oil until they're soft (not brown).

Add the beef and stir until it is brown.

Stir in the remaining ingredients until well combined. Turn down the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
