3-4 C. zucchini, thinly sliced
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tblsp. chopped parsley
salt & pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1-2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, lightly beaten


Mix everything together in one big, happy bowl.

Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan and bake it until it is brown (25-35 minutes).

Cut the pudding into squares, if you're using it as an appetizer.
