Tuna & Cannellini Bean Dip

6 oz. tuna, drained
2 tblsp. capers, drained
1 can Cannellini beans (approx. a cup), drained
Juice & zest of 1 lemon (about 3 tblsp. juice)
2 tblsp. mayonnaise
3 tblsp. olive oil.

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until it's a smooth paste. Chill. Serve as a dip or bread spread.

(This also would make a good topping for vitello tonnato, and probalby a good pasta sauce as well.)
